      My son has been going to 'Sports Xtra' for around one year now, after starting around 4 years old.
      The coaches are very good, very friendly and enthusiastic, holding the children s attention and behavior well, keeping them active. They have many years of experience and 'Sports Xtra' works with hundreds of schools across the UK. 'Sports Xtra' offers a wide range of activities from ages 5-12 (Breakfast clubs, Lunch time and After School clubs) and also Holiday clubs.
      I personally have worked with children for over 20 years and I am so impressed with their coaches. I have seen a massive improvement in my son's hand/eye co-ordination and concentration skills. I have encouraged parents at my school to consider "Sports Xtra" clubs as I have seen major benefit , not only to my son, but other children who attend.

      We first started using Sports Xtra for Futsal which is a Brazilian version of five-a-side football that the boys were keen to try and they ended up doing for about ten terms. The two guys who run it Steve and Phil are great with kids, very fun, down to earth approachable guys who have a passion for sports. They really grab the kid’s interest, they’re fun and enthusiastic and have a good attention to detail, and they’re happy for the parents to get involved, especially if someone’s child is struggling. The boys loved the sessions and as they get older I can certainly see them doing more and more with Sports Xtra.

      Alessandro has used Sports Xtra for lots of different activities, they run an after school multi sports club at his school which is where we first come across them. He’s played baseball, cricket, football; it’s all about playing and enjoying himself. He’s also done some of the team activities like martial arts, and goes to their holiday clubs. In the summer one of the venues had a swimming pool which was great as he was doing an hour of swimming every day which he absolutely loves. He enjoys all the activities, and was sad when the summer was over and he had to go back to school!
