This class is suited to anyone who would like to have basic first aid and emergency life saver training.
Whether you are a parent, grandparent, babysitter or carer, this training can benefit everyone.Where are the classes?
Classes can be hosted in your own home for friends and family to learn together or at local venues. Babies under 12 months are welcome to attend.
How long is the class?
Parent and carer classes are 2 hours

Having my own baby made me want to do a first aid course to give me the basic information so I would know what to do in certain scenarios. I felt the Daisy First Aid course definitely gave me the information and reassurance I was looking for. It was important to me that I felt confident after the course if I did have to do any first aid. Stacey, who ran the course at a local community centre, was great, very approachable and kept everything really informal. She set a nice tone to the course, so everyone felt comfortable - explaining the objectives and that there would be lots of participation. Stacey was great with communication and was available for any further questions at the end of the course too. It was very helpful that I could take my baby with me, as she was under 12 months old. I'm very glad I did the Daisy First Aid course.

Having my own baby and starting weaning I wanted to do a first aid course, so I would know what to do in the event of choking. I went along to a Daisy First Aid Course run by Stacey and found the course really helpful and useful - it answered all of my questions. Stacey was excellent, very friendly and explained things very clearly. Being in a small group it was great to be able to ask questions which Stacey was very happy to answer.

I work with children and run an arts and crafts club. I hosted a Daisy First Aid course for Mums who would like to get some First Aid knowledge. Stacey, who ran the course, was fantastic! As a Mum herself she knew how we all felt and spoke a lot from first-hand experience. I've been on quite a few First Aid courses myself and found this one very refreshing - even though I already have a paediatric First Aid certificate, I got a lot more information from Stacey The other Mums all loved the course and found it very handy to be able to have their children with them. Stacey was genuinely amazing!
